No, you will pay first month’s rent plus a security deposit, equal to one and half times last month’s rent. If you don’t meet the qualifications, then you will pay two times last month’s rent.

We are pet friendly. However, some owners are not in favor of pets on the premises. Therefore, you need prior approval by management to have a pet on the premises. The breed will also matter. A pet deposit is required in addition to monthly pet rent.

Depending on the terms of your lease a simple lease amendment can be written to work this out. However, each tenancy is different. Contact our office to discuss the issue.

Please provide written 30 days’ notice of your intentions.

The owner pays for standard repairs. However, tenant caused damages requiring repair are tenant billable in accordance with the terms of your lease.
